Civil Suit



If we are unable to collect the account in a voluntary manner and it has been determined that an account has sufficient assets to pay , Creditors Specialty Northwest, Inc. will request authorization to file a small claims suit.

Creditors Specialty Northwest, Inc. only recommends small claims suits on accounts that have sufficient financial assets to satisfy legal judgment. Small Claims action may also be filed at clients request to secure and protect the balance of the account from any statue of limitation.

Creditors Specialty Northwest, Inc. will administrate the preparation, filing and service of the small claims suit . When the small claims is served and if the small claims is contested, a hearing date will be set . In some cases the client or any qualified , designated employee from the clients office may have to appear in court on the hearing date , or as otherwise requested by the court . Creditors Specialty Northwest, Inc. is not responsible for any legal case being dismissed by the court if the client fails to show up , provide a designated representative or did not have proper documentation to prove the debtors legal obligation . Creditors Specialty Northwest , Inc. will continue to administrate and collect any legal account or any legal account awarded Judgment until the Judgment is satisfied in full.
